The HAP Foundation, in partnership with Education in Palliative and End of Life Care (EPEC), is offering a 12-month clinical training program focused on adult palliative care in home- and community-based settings, specifically designed for rural Illinois providers. This new training program was recently covered in Hospice News.

Become an EPEC Trainer” and “Become an EPEC-EM Trainer” conferences lead to participants becoming certified EPEC Trainers who can implement effective palliative care practices at their home institutions and teach others to do the same. The PDW provides opportunities to practice and further enhance teaching and leadership skills.
